Egg Paniyaram

2 Eggs
1 Tbsp milk
1 Tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
1 Tsp green chillies (chopped)
Chilli powder (a pinch)
Salt
Oil
METHOD
1. Heat the paniyaram pan and add oil.
2. Beat the eggs with all the ingredients mentioned above.
3. Spoon the mixture to the pan to fill 3/4th of the pan. It will rise when it cooks.
4. Flip it over after a few minutes and cook till well done.
5. Enjoy hot as a snack with coriander and mint chutney or ketchup.

¼ Cup red peppers (chopped)
¼ Cup yellow peppers (chopped)
¼ Cup onions (chopped)
¼ Cup spring onion (chopped)
1 Tbsp green chillies (chopped)
1 Tbsp cream/milk
¼ Tsp pepper
¼ Tsp garlic powder (optional)
1 Pinch chilli powder
4 Tbsp cheese (grated)
1 Tbsp cheese for topping

METHOD
1. Combine all the ingredients.
2. Brush a muffin tray with oil.
3. Add the mixture, top with cheese, and bake at 180 Degrees for 25 minutes.
4. Enjoy hot with ketchup.
