Ultra's fresh fruit summer popsicles
With summer setting in, homemade popsicles are a treat to find when looking for an icy cold snack. You can make popsicles out of any fruit juice, yoghurt, iced coffee or chocolate milk and now chai latte popsicles are trending.
Pinna colada posicles
Pineapple and coconut milk are a great combination as a chilled drink and an even better one as frozen treats. These popsicles can be made with rum as traditionally made or without rum as virgin pinna colada lollies.

3 ½ Cups chopped pineapple
1 ½ Cup coconut milk
1 ½ Tbsp malibu or white rum (optional)
METHOD
1. Reserve ½ cup finely chopped pineapple and add the rest of the ingredients to your Ultra Mixer Grinder.
2. Blend to a smooth pure and strain
3. Add the reserved pineapple pieces to the base of the popsicle mould and pour in the juice
4. Freeze overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours and serve
Note: Alcohol has a very low freezing point so your lollies may not be frozen hard if it contains alcohol.
Mango and Passion fruit lolly

4 Cups mango (purée)
2 Cups passion fruit (juice)
METHOD
1. Pour in your passion fruit juice into the lolly mould
2. Slowly drizzle the mango purée
3. Set to freeze.
Blueberry yoghurt and granola popsicles
This is a great breakfast popsicle and can be enjoyed as a snack at anytime of the day.

1 Cup Blueberries (fresh/frozen or jam)
½ Lime (juice)
2 Tbsp sugar
4 Cups hung yoghurt
2 Tbsp honey
½ Cup granola
METHOD
1. In your Ultra Mixer Grinder combine the yoghurt and honey and blend.
2. If using fresh or frozen blueberries, add them to a saucepan and cook for a few minutes with the lemon juice and sugar.
3. Once the mixture bubbles, swirl it in with the yoghurt and add to the popsicle mould.
4. If using jam, just swirl into the yoghurt.
5. Top with granola and freeze.
Watermelon, yoghurt and kiwi popsicles
Who doesn’t love smores and biscuit? Rich homemade chocolate topped with sweet gooey marshmallow and buttery biscuits for dipping. This is a snack that kids will love as a treat.

4 Cups watermelon
1 Cup hung yoghurt
2 Tbsp honey
2 Cups kiwi
2 Tbsp lime
½ Cup mint (optional)
2 Tbsp sugar
METHOD
1. In your Ultra Mixer Grinder, blend the watermelon into a smooth purée. Filter and set aside.
2. Blend in the yoghurt and honey and set aside.
3. Blend the kiwi, lime juice, mint and sugar and set aside.
4. In a popsicle mould, pour in the watermelon juice. Gently spoon in the yoghurt and carefully top in the kiwi juice.
5. Freeze and serve cold.
